Coffee Duke Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel like royalty. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products (coffee, pods, K-cups, ground & whole bean items), we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened.

We can issue a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order arrived incomplete

  • Your package never arrived (after courier verification)

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Full name

  3. Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  4. Brief description of the problem

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale
