Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products (coffee, pods, K-cups, ground & whole bean items), we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened.
We can issue a replacement or refund if:

Your package never arrived (after courier verification)
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
